Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you may keep access until the end of your current billing period (unless required otherwise by law or stated at checkout).

Refunds

• All purchases for PySchool.ai are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for subscription fees, renewals, or unused time, except where required by applicable law.
• Please explore the sample lessons and free preview before purchasing a subscription.
• If you believe there has been a duplicate payment or technical billing error, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your payment details (order/payment id) so we can review it.
• If a refund is required because of a verified billing error or applicable law, it will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Billing questions

For billing questions or to report a duplicate or erroneous charge, email us via Contact Us and include the email on your account plus any Razorpay order/payment identifiers.
